Plesh Internal Automation is a private application built and operated by Plesh Electric LLC for its own office use. It is not offered to the public and is not available to other businesses.

The application connects to Plesh Electric's QuickBooks Online company to automate routine bookkeeping and office work, including creating invoices and estimates, recording customer records, and filing service documents. It runs on a schedule on a server controlled by Plesh Electric. There is no customer-facing interface.

Connecting and disconnecting

Only an authorized Plesh Electric administrator can connect the application to the company's QuickBooks Online account. The connection can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, under Settings, then Apps, or by contacting us at the number below.

How data is handled

The application processes Plesh Electric's own business records. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, and use of the application is governed by our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
