Plesh Electric LLC ("Plesh Electric," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you request an estimate, schedule service, or contact us, we may collect your name, service address, billing address, email address, phone number, and details about the electrical or generator work you need.

Service and job records. When we perform work at your property, we create records that may include job notes, technician observations, photographs of the work area and equipment, permit and inspection information, equipment model and serial numbers, and maintenance history.

Billing information. We create invoices and estimates, and we record payments. Card and bank payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our own systems.

Information from lead services. If you submit a request through a third-party service such as Angi, Networx, or Generac, that service sends us your contact details and a description of the work you requested.

Website information. Our website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, including through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide estimates
• Schedule, perform, and document electrical and generator services
• Create and send invoices and process payments
• Obtain permits and coordinate inspections
• Send service reminders, including annual generator maintenance notices
• Maintain warranty, safety, and compliance records
• Improve our services and internal operations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text Messaging

Customer messages. If you provide your mobile number, we may text you about appointment scheduling, technician arrival, service status, or maintenance reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Employee messages. Plesh Electric employees who provide a mobile number during onboarding may receive work-related operational text messages, such as daily job status requests.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (908) 547-0534. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging, and consent to receive text messages, will not be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

4. Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business. They may process your information only as needed to provide services to us:

• Intuit (QuickBooks Online) — invoicing, estimates, customer records, and payment processing
• Google (Workspace, Drive, Gmail) — email, document storage, and job file records
• Telnyx — delivery of text messages
• Anthropic (Claude API) — automated reading of service documents and summarizing job records. Content submitted through Anthropic's commercial API is not used to train their models.
• Website hosting and analytics providers

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Data Retention

We keep customer, job, and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, warranty, permitting, and insurance requirements. Retention periods for accounting and licensing records are generally set by state and federal law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care, including access controls, encrypted connections to the services we use, and limiting access to employees who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete information, subject to records we are legally required to keep
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
• Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies before providing information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
