Terms of Service

Plesh Electric LLC · Effective September 9, 2026

These terms govern use of the website at pleshelectric.com and use of Plesh Electric's internal software application ("Plesh Internal Automation"). By using the website or the application, you agree to these terms.

Part One — Website Terms

1. Use of the Site

This website provides information about the electrical and generator services offered by Plesh Electric LLC. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

2. Information Is Not a Quote

Descriptions of services, and any pricing or timing information on this site, are general and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual scope and price are set out in a written estimate or invoice provided by Plesh Electric.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on this site is general information about electrical work. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed electrician. Electrical work carries risk of injury, fire, and death. Do not rely on this site to perform your own electrical work.

4. Intellectual Property

The Plesh Electric name, logo, text, images, and site design are owned by Plesh Electric LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

5. Contact Submissions

If you submit information through a contact form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Part Two — End User License Agreement for Plesh Internal Automation

6. About the Application

Plesh Internal Automation is a private, internal software application built and operated by Plesh Electric LLC for its own business use. It is not offered to the public, not sold or licensed to third parties, and not listed on any application marketplace.

The application connects to services Plesh Electric already uses — including QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and lead-generation services — in order to automate routine office tasks such as creating invoices and estimates, filing service documents, recording customer records, and generating internal reports.

7. Who May Use It

Use is limited to Plesh Electric LLC and its authorized employees and contractors acting within the scope of their duties. No other person or organization is granted any right to access or use the application.

8. License Grant

Plesh Electric LLC grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application solely for Plesh Electric business purposes. Authorized users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or make derivative works of the application, and may not use it outside the scope of their duties.

9. Accounts and Credentials

Authorized users must keep credentials confidential and may not share them. Any use of the application through a user's credentials is that user's responsibility. Report suspected compromise to Plesh Electric immediately.

10. Data Handling

The application processes Plesh Electric's own business data, including customer contact details, service addresses, job documentation, and billing records. That data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Plesh Electric does not sell customer data and does not use the application to transfer customer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where the application relies on outside providers to function — including Intuit, Google, and Anthropic — those providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to Plesh Electric.

11. Third-Party Terms

Use of the application involves connections to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own agreements, including Intuit's Terms of Service for QuickBooks Online. Nothing in this agreement overrides them.

12. Ownership

Plesh Electric LLC retains all rights in the application, including its source code and configuration. No ownership transfers to any user.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including on the end of employment or engagement. On termination, the user must stop using the application and return or delete any Plesh Electric data in their possession.

Part Three — General Terms

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and the application are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Plesh Electric does not warrant that either will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This section does not limit any warranty provided in a signed contract for electrical services performed at your property.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plesh Electric LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or the application.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

17. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
